Mission and Policies
Our mission is to provide public access to current legal information. The law library maintains a comprehensive legal reference research collection, including state and federal cases and statutes, national and California treatises, legal periodicals (law reviews), legal encyclopedias, electronic databases, and self-help materials.
Staff is available to assist you in formulating research questions and in locating legal materials, however; we are prohibited from giving legal advice or providing any service which might be the unauthorized practice of law.
Coin operated photocopy machines provide copies at 20 cents per copy. Photocopies and computer prints using "VendaCards" cost 15 cents per page after the initial card purchase of $2.00. Microfiche copies are 25 cents per copy.
