Construction Checklists

This new and improved second edition provides quick references to areas related to construction law. It now “includes more than 25 new checklists” and some topics that may be pertinent to attorneys encountering new or uncommon matters. Construction Contracts covers multiple topics, including “specific contract clauses, design issues, and contract administration issues; preparing for discovery and litigation;” etc. For those having to consult on various subjects under construction law, this material is one to consider.
